Massage Preferences Questionaire

Few massage therapists ask their clients about these types of preferences. Why does Scott? Because I have a poor memory. This helps me to document your preferences so I don't have to keep asking all the time.

I also have a mild anxiety issue. In the massage room, I'm always worried about you 1) being comfortable and 2) getting the best massage I can give you.

This questionnaire helps me to give you a fully customized, unique massage experience made just for you.

IT IS OK IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR PREFERENCES. Many people don't know what their preferences are until they experience various options. Ask questions. You can change a preference at any time (even in the middle of your session). Just talk to me!

Now some basic questions:

Massage Scope & Draping Preferences

My personal philosophy is that the more of the body that is included in the massage, the better and more relaxing it feels. I want to ensure that you always feel comfortable, while I do the best and most thorough job that I can, without skipping areas that make the massage feel incomplete. Sometimes this feels like walking a fine line and knowing your personal preferences helps me to create that balance.

BASIC SCOPE
MODERATE SCOPE
EVERYTHING

Important note: You will receive a great massage regardless of the scope you selected (guaranteed!). The "Everything" massage only adds a few more inches of work to some areas of the body, but it catches the muscle attachment points which can be therapeutic when it is needed. For those who are new to massage in general, the "Everything" massage can feel invasive. It is a personal preference that can be changed at any time.
